This was the home of William Wrigley Jr. and his wife, Ada E. Wrigley. Mr. Wrigley built this home as a gift to Mrs. Wrigley between 1929 and 1931. The mansion was one of five Wrigley homes, and was only used by the couple as a “winter cottage”. |
With 16,850 square feet, 24 rooms, 11 fireplaces, and 17 bathrooms, it was the smallest of the Wrigley houses and was used only four to eight weeks out of the year. The 100 foot high, solid rock hill on which the home is built is about ten miles from downtown Phoenix. Tomcar GPS Hunt This is the newest and most exhilarating tour in the Grand Canyon State. A truly unique event, the Tomcar tour is different than any other off road experience. The Israeli born Tomcars were developed by the military to bridge the gap between ATVs and SUVs; bread with the maneuverability of an ATV and maintaining the safety of an SUV. A heel kicking good time of western event relays all team oriented such as: barrel racing, western progressive dress relay, tug o war, root beer chugging contest, bungee bull riding, cowboy hat frisbee discus, quick draw Pictionary and many more. Complete with all the frills of our regular Olympics with a western flavor. Cowboy event staff and western gold medals round out this round up of fun and horsing around. |

This team building event not only fosters communication and synergy, it emphasizes the benefits of building something that really matters…. to someone. Building a bicycle for an at-risk little girl or little boy will create memories that will last a lifetime, for this child, and for your entire team. Your group will be put into teams and will be using their building skills, artistic talent, and their team dedication to build one boy bike and one girl bike, make two cards, come up with a team cheer and participate in the oversized Tricycle races! All teams will be given the same supplies on their tables (tools, markers, paper, glue sticks, scissors, and the bike parts). The teams will be timed and given points according to how they finish. Upon completion of the event we will deliver the bikes to the charity of choice. Even better, with advance notice, we will bring the children to you, and YOU will present your gift to them.
Welcome to the Recess Olympics! This fun and energetic team competition is highlighted with a charitable ending. After fostering communication and synergy your attendees will know that their efforts are being put to good use in our nations schools. Your group will be put into teams and then guided through an energetic and patriotic warm up session which is sure to get the competitive juices flowing. Given only a back pack, teams will be sent on different missions in an Olympic arena type setting. At every stop that each team makes, an assignment must be completed that involves mental or physical skills and team coordination. Once the winner is announced, all backpacks will be equally stuffed with school supplies and donated to a children’s association or school of choice. |

Tee Pee Building From the moment your group arrives they will begin to get in the spirit of the day when greeted by our colorful event staff dressed to the theme wearing Indian Headdresses and passing out different colored bandannas to each guest. These bandanna colors will determine which “tribe” or team each guest will be a part of. Our “Head Chief” or master of ceremonies, dressed in full Native American costume will welcome the entire group and explain all of the rules and objectives of the activity. |

Covered Wagon Building Teams become “families” who are setting out to be Trail Blazers in Arizona’s Wild West. Each “family” must design & build their own covered wagon with the supplies they have been given and funny money they may use to purchase more supplies at the local “old store”. After each family is given the exact same rules, objectives and team packets they must get to work, there’s a lot to do before the sun goes down.
Your adventure begins when you leave the resort via climate-controlled motor coaches. Next stop...the WILD WILD WEST! When guests arrive, they will mount their horse and begin “rollin those doggies”! On this Arizona cattle drive, you will experience life on the range; driving cattle will give you a taste of the real frontier west. |
After you’ve worked up an appetite lunch will be served outdoors on the Pioneer lawn. Your choice of hamburger, steak or chicken complete with all the fixens as you enjoy a well earned margarita or beer. After lunch test your cowboy abilities on our Western games. We recognize that a successful teambuilding activity promotes three qualities that help corporations succeed –teamwork, individual confidence, and synergy. Orienteering does just that! Participants are divided into teams of 5-10. Each team member is assigned to a different skill station, (map reading, compass use/desert navigation, desert flora, area mountains/landmarks, and concept/point system). After teams receive maps, compasses, clue sheets, Polaroid cameras, and their own guide, they are led into the Fort McDowell Indian Reservation blindfolded and then navigate station-to-station utilizing the skills they have learned. Decision-making and teamwork, not physical speed, are required to excel. |

Paintball Players use air-powered paint-guns that shoot special gelatin paintball filled with water soluble, non-staining dye. When a paintball "tags a player", the thin gelatin capsule splits open, marking and eliminating the player. Goggles and headgear are worn at all times for maximum safety, and radio equipped referees are on the field throughout the games to ensure fair and safe play. It is a sport where men and women compete on equal terms. Physical size and strength does not determine the outcome of the game. |

The Ultimate Racing Experience Indoor Cart Racing is simply the most exciting experience around! This sport blends the excitement of open wheel racing with electronic timing systems and advanced safety measures to provide an intensely competitive and challenging event. The track was designed and modeled after Formula One race tracks from around the world. The track is challenging enough for even the most seasoned racers, and amateurs will feel the excitement of pushing themselves to the limits of their abilities and have a great time doing it!
This is the newest rave in corporate team building where your guests will work together to build the ultimate boat using the materials provided. We divide your group up into crews consisting of designers, builders, and racers. Each crew gets stranded on a deserted island and in order to escape they must build a boat of supplies that washed ashore with them when their three hour cruise went afoul. Each crew gets a variety of supplies. Together a crew designs a blueprint of a sailing vessel and then proceeds to construct it. The big test follows - will the boat sail or sink? We will find out when the crew presents their sailing vessels with a group chant/cheer and then races mini boat regatta! |

This band travels internationally and entertains thousands with their brand of live interactive karaoke, making their guest singers feel like they are actually part of the band the minute they set foot on stage. Another brilliant aspect is utilizing wireless technology to allow the performers to get onto the dance floor and literally join the party! This highly entertaining and exciting event features our young, motivated Vietnamese Potbellied Pigs racing each other for the prized Oreo Cookie that waits at the finish line for the swiftest swine. We set a 48' X 10' racing track decorated with racing flags and chase lighting, and run a total of 4 races in a 2 hour period. Our uniformed personnel take bets that pay 3 to 1, on pigs that are named and numbered. Each pig sports his own, numbered racing vest. Tickets will be given to winners, to be used in a raffle for prizes at the end of the event.
This event is a unique new way to compete on a golf driving range by using glowing golf balls and illuminated targets. The group remains stationary as they participate in the team-based format. Guests enjoy the fun, party-like atmosphere created by the glow-in-the-dark venue. The shoot-out is a great social mixer and/or team-building event as it equally appeals to all golfing interest levels.
