Flavor and color are the distinctive features of Chef Anthony DeMuro’s cuisine. Using local and regionally grown selections, Chef DeMuro draws inspiration from the Mediterranean region and around the globe. Infused oils, one-of-a-kind rubs and exotic sea salts are elements that take flavor to a new level throughout the menu at the award-winning Different Pointe of View restaurant. With colors from seasonal produce and spectacular presentations, one will truly appreciate on the palate as well as the plate the fine work of culinary genius.

Chef Anthony DeMuro at Different Pointe of View

Chef Anthony DeMuro has given to the culinary world a rewarding and successful 29 year career. His passion and love for cooking and the hospitality industry brought Chef DeMuro from years in Southern California to Arizona where he treated the Doubletree La Posada Resort to nine years as executive chef and food & beverage director.

Upon arriving at the Pointe Hilton Resorts in 2005, Chef DeMuro oversaw eight restaurants and served as the dual-property Executive Chef.

In his spare time, Chef DeMuro spends time with his family and enjoys cheering on his favorite team from his home town, the Chicago Bears. Playing music – guitar and drums and enjoying a game of racquetball or softball are just a few of the favorite past times.
